I swear I tried to record this while I was on the Hovert and I just could not stop giggling because it just makes your voice sound like this and I couldn’t keep a straight face. So I was like okay I’m just gonna have to record it in my usual spot in my office. So I got my Hovert uh as a black Friday Special.
So I’ve had it for a couple of months now and I really have to say I’ve been blown away. I’ve been wanting a vibe plate for years but you know never had like an extra two grand just to drop on that. The money always seemed to want to go to other things. But I don’t I had been using the one at the gym and I didn’t like having to schedule it and it only goes side to side and like I didn’t like the lack of accessibility around it right and I didn’t always have time for it either before after my workout.

I love my Hover I have I bought it really just to like loosen up muscles like before and after workout like because I don’t like stretching. So I figured if I got on the vibration plate that would like work in lieu of stretching before workout,
I know we’re supposed to stretch but it’s just me and how I do things. So um I know some of you guys are probably like that too so um yeah and what I noticed was so much more it’s actually helping me with lymphatic drainage um I my even like energy levels.

Like I normally don’t have a problem with energy levels but one of my kids was in a professional theater show recently. So it was a lot of like late nights of having to go out and pick her up like an hour round trip um you know at 10 or 11 o’clock on a work day and stuff like that. And if I got on the vibe plate before I went I was like awake alert had definitely had enough energy to stay alert for that drive.
And late at night to go get her and bring her back which was kind of like a side perk I wasn’t even expecting.
